I got AC (with time 0,5 sec), using cyclic 64bit xor-hash.

Try test like that:
250000
aaaaaaaaa .... (fill this with 'a') ... aaaaaB
aaaaaa .... aaaBaaaaa .... aaaaaa

or (in second line)
Baaaa ....
or
aaaaa ..... aaaaaBa
