If its not a multy eadge and it is a bridge, then it increase the number of pieces by one otherwise the pieces amount left same. Am I right?

It is so hard to solve it this way, because you have to recalculate bridges after every delete. You should try disjoint-set-union this data structure is so awesome and simple to write.
