You can play at Codeforces or Topcoder, every week they have a contest

contests on the timus are held, but they are very infrequent. the next contest will be after summer, i think.

There will be two contests in summer or in September: Ural FU Personal Contest 2012 and Ural Championship 2012. Both are internet-versions of official contests of last spring.
