When exactly did you write? There was no support mail recently

I have tried sending my email to timus_support@acm.timus.ru as well as all other email addresses you have listed: uucp@acm.timus.ru, webmaster@acm.timus.ru, abuse@acm.timus.ru, news@acm.timus.ru, support@timus, root@acm.timus.ru, postmaster@acm.timus.ru and I got no response.

I wrote the following on December 11th.
"Я прошу Вас удалить мой аккаунт [REDACTED] (JUDGE_ID: [REDACTED]) с сайта acm.timus.ru, включая все личные данный привязанные к этому аккаунту."

I do not want to include my personal information here in a public forum for obvious reasons.

Please delete my account and all personal data you store.
