What is the output if there are already less then 2*n '+' signs in the input itself?

Well, but the description contains:

<The first line of the output should contain the words "No
solution" if a necessary sequence of operations does not
exist.>

So, we should write "No solution"....
Are you an author of the problem? If yes, what EXACTLY
should we output
The empty sequence is a sequence too.
