A Problem with test data

The problem says the digits of the number is 1, 2, 3 or 4.
But why the digit 5 appears in the last number?

No problem

The number has each if the digits 1,2,3,4.
it CAN contain other digits, or 1,2,3,4 multiple time.

examples :
3312443 is valid
908784321 is valid
90878432 is not valid (no 1)
