Some problems about 1044

What's the meaning of this 1044 problem? It said that a ticket is lucky if the sum of the first three digits in its number equals to the sum of the last three ones,but when input data is 4,and the answer is 670,why??

what if "odd(n)=True"

contains a positive even integer not greater than 9.
