Is it possible that there is a house that is not connected with the others with chain of
orthogonal lines:
 3
 10 10
 20 20
 10 30
 (house number 2 is not connected with the others)?

 I am little confused so please do not mind if the question is stupid.

 I just found out (through try and fail) and it is possible.
