But think about MAX time, it also can be real, not only MIN. | Solution | sdlcj | 1885. Passenger Comfort | 13 Jun 2013 01:11 | 3 | Note that : print the double is ok! Solution is very simple but I couldn`t firstly find it. It is a set of equations, everybody learned it at school. Simply try to solve this: y+z=t and v*y+x*z=h, where Y is MIN time and Z is t-MIN time. Try to find MAX by yourself. Sorry for my awful English. Good luck:) Edited by author 13.06.2013 01:13 | test | Radi Muhammad Reza | 1885. Explain, please. =) If the plane flies at speed 40, it will reach required height in 250 seconds, i.e. it will do it in time (less, than 500), and there are no time when it exceeded the speed limit (when passengers have their ears blocked). So, mintime = 0. Maxtime is 250, because the plane can fly all the way at speed = 40 + EPS :) Edited by author 31.10.2011 13:02 Re: test IgorKoval(from Pskov) 31 Oct 2011 18:08 Thank you very mutch!!! How much it must be? EPS is very small positive number. For example, you may assume EPS = 10^-2011 Thank you very much! But I didn't think that it must be SO small. | use printf("%.8f) | Pegasus | 1885. Passenger Comfort | 19 Nov 2012 18:13 | 1 | | Задача А Набор за время менее t | bavykinE | 1885.
