I've computed that circle center is at 482.05 611.47,
radius is 6.08 and the bounding rectangle is
x1=476.00 y1=611.47 x2=487.00 y2=617.55.
So after rounding the answer should be 11*7 = 77, not 66.
Why is it 66?
