Solution is solution.It must work.It doesn't matter it is short or long.

No solution imaginable (except precalc) could violate this constraint. In fact, there are some problems (i.g. 1108 and 1268) where you may use precalc and face the problem of code size. But even the precalc code of these problems can be easily modified to fit in 64000 bytes.

Why CE?
It's strange...
Usually it's not allowed to submit code with big size.

It was allowed to submit large solutions, but now it is not allowed. So all the large solutions that were submitted before got CE.
