i think wold be usefull this servise
y can post if wont solution to thred wich can view and write
only thouse who like y get acc on problem X
Why need servise like one?
cose some problem can sol many diffrent ways
and existing timus I thik for upgrade skill in oli programming
If you get acc that you can sol that problem
so you can wotch other sol(thouse author's who agry and post) for:
1. understanding best solution's
2. for finding that some non full solution get acc
and finding test witch must add to admin's for better testing(some problem now have hot full test,it's live)
