New tests were created for some new solutions.
Sorry, if your solution get TLE now.
It's interactive problem - you find new heuristics, I find new tests :-)

This problem is NP. So, for all solutions exists bad case tests. For your solutions too. Show me your solution and I try to find bad case tests.
