And Can you tell me your solution of problem 1394 ?
I have a few test cases which make my program run slow.
Do you want to try ? :)
To pass these tests , I have used all 4 ways of sorting the ships and the rows.

The tests are really weak.

Your solution is very stochastic - it's hard to challenge it surely
