Why best submissions are not sorted by memory usage inside group of equal execution time?

Or may be it would be better to create two ratings: best execution time (already exists) and best memory usage?

One more idea. To create option (only option) to see rating for specified language only. Because Java solutions take much more time and memory. But they can compete with other Java solutions. Also C and C++ compilers take different memory for the same solution text.
