When n is negative - what to output??
And most intersting what output when N = 0, I think it's one test when NO SOLUTION? because it says that that when two teams are equal by size - output where 1? but there both teams have 0 members - so what out? coz 1 appears nowhere

In every test N > 0. But, agree, restrictions should be completed. (-)
