problems with site

what's wrong with site? , I can't open some pages...

for example this

This page is fixed. What other pages still can't you open?

yesterday I could not open
http://acm.timus.ru/rating.aspx?space=1&num=1000&count=1000
such kind of pages, but today it works

This page had been fixed too
