To Admin . I think this problem has a weak test

My first solution will give wrong answer with the test :
a = 5 and R = 5 * sqrt(2). But my first solution did get AC. I wonder if you have this test ?
the right answer is 25.000

How do you pass R=5*sqrt(2), if according to condition there are two INTEGERS on input?
