I can't realize what my problem is! #1 must be the simplest test case ( or the sample given ) but I can't see anything in my code that seems to be wrong...

my problem is using fflush(stdin) after cin>>n ;(n= number of team), When I delete "fflush(stdin);" , I would pass #1. But I have problem with #9. Haha...
