oh man, how could YOU check the system if YOU are the
administrator? sending mail from localhost to localhost?...
not a very good way to check, dont you think...
I can easy believe that the system ITSELF is ok, but you
are unable to test email delivery, aren't you?
please take a look at what did I get when I used my second
email account (I remind, using the first one results in
NOTHING).

you see, I've got TWO DIFFERENT email accounts:
Novosibirsk University provided one (routing goes through
Moscow University) and ordinary provider account
(rostelekom-connected). both of them work fine, both except
for your server.
