Uncorrect task

I wonder why there's nothing said about the consistency of the input data?
Consider N=5 and word in input "111111".
The length is more, than 5, so we should delete one character. But deleting any character would give us "11111" that obviously does not match the rule...

So whats wrong with this example ? I thinkit's all ok
