The ranklist is not dependent on a contest only. Yeah, your
results maybe depend on luck, so that the ranklist must be
based on amount time, and 3 years (or 4 years ) is long
enough. Certainly, the result of IOI2001 is valued higher
than IOI2000, IOI2000 is valued higher than IOI1999.
IOI1998 and previous IOI contests, it happenned a long time
ago , so that we shouldn't care about it. U know FIFA
classification ? yes, it has the same idea.

It's just that Bulgaria is not in this ranklist,
you understand why I don't like this ranklist,
it's because BGR had worst results in whole BGR
IOI history in IOI99 (although the team was
experienced).

Oh What a pity. Yes, this year, 2001, Bulgaria is the 8th
(Vietnam is worse , 9th). But in 2000 and especially 1999,
Bulgaria have members who did not win medals => Now, in
that rank list, Bulgaria 's only in TOP 15. How old are you
Petko ? If you and Jivko are young, next year Bulgaria
might make a progress.

jivko and I are going to university now.
But we got good medals and its our first time
in IOI so next year there may be other good ones.
But one of our gold medalists is not last grade,
the other who's going to be 3rd time on IOI next
year is also not last grade. So, time will show
what will happen for Bulgaria in Korea :))
