Well, I just CAN'T understand the problem. What's this
percentage? 13% of what? Of all the people in the bus? Also
if the output is 15, does this include the conductors as
well? And what's the requirement after all? The conductors
to be not more than one? WHAT? I just can't grasp this
problem. Help please......
