Help! I cannot get the reply from judge by mail.

Hi,all
   I know my submission is done from online status, but I
cannot get reply by mail although I have choose to get
reply from mail in my personal info.
   It is important for me to get the corresponding mail,
since I cannot connect the web site sometimes.
   I am looking forword to your help. Thanks!
