Is there any better method? My program always "Time Limit Exceeded".... Zhou Yuan 27 Sep 2001 17:48

My method is
find 3 points to make a circle and then check if there
are (N-3)div 2 points in the circle............
But is to SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!
