2 Miguel Angel or any1 who has solved 1254

1. Did You use BFS ?

2. I use improved BFS and my complexity is (k*BFS+seeking for
the shortest way which takes the length of the way). But i
always get TLE ?!

I use BFS and get AC within 10 sec. Easy algo O(M*N*K) (-)
